Не работает Фотошоп и Лайтрум при оплаченной подписке

Проблема с активацией подписки. У меня оформлена подписка на план Creative Cloud для фотографов (годовая). япоследний раз оплата была списана 11.04.2018 г. в этот день и начались проблемы - не могу зайти ни ф фотошоп, ни в Лайтрум - идет отсыл на лицензию. Для работы пришлось воспользоваться триальной версией приложений, их срок истек через семь дней, то есть сегодня. Сегодня же я решилась купить заново подписку, оплатила, но у меня все равно нет доступа к продуктам, а приложение Adobe предлагает снова купить подписку.

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
