Archivos CR3 me aparecen "dañados o no compatibles"

Una carpeta entera de archivos .CR3, el RAW nativo de Canon, no las puedo abrir, me aparece "archivo dañado o no compatible" Es el mismo tipo de archivos que vengo usando hace años. Las fotos de referencia que tomo en JPG tienen el mismo problema.

Photoshop y Lightroom... siempre trabajo con la misma cámara y los mismos programs y sólo esa carpeta tiene problemas...
