Can't rotate canvas in Photoshop 2020

Sorry for my bad english,but this problem has troubled me for a long time.
"Use Graphics Processor" is on but I still cac't rotate canvas .sometime rotate canvas is working but PSCC very often crash,when I open it again it's not working.

And I have two Graphics card in my computer,I have tried to change the set up in NVIDIA control panel many times .(my Graphics card's driver is the newest. )
I also tried turning off one of the graphics cards,it didn't help at all.




Is there a way to resolve this issue?

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop.

 

Would you mind going to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System info and paste the information here so that we can check the necessary details?

 

Have you tried to disable the Graphics Processor from the Preferences of Photoshop to check if that makes any difference? Which Graphics processor did you disable from the device manager to test the performance of Photoshop?

 

You can uninstall and then re-install the drivers of the NVIDIA GTX 970 to check if that helps.

1.I re-install both 630 and X970's drivers and PSCC show me this

it work for for a while,but it crash eventually.
