Can you export a color palette in libraries to swatches?

Hello everyone. I hope someone has this answer.

Our team started creating color palettes in a library which can then be shared among other Adobe apps. I need to now export this color palette as an ASE or ACO file. However, I can't figure out how to export a color palette that is in libraries? And it doesn't even appear as I can easily export a library into swatches. I have to do them individually and read the color name info separately which is very time-consuming. Any suggestions?
