Clipboard Error - Can't load clipboard because of invalid SOS JPEG marker Ss, Se, Ah or Al) is found

I am getting a message when opening Photoshop that "Could not import the Clipboard because of an  invalid SOS JPEG marker (Ss, Se, Ah or Al) is found. I have updated PS this afternoon with current update.  I am on an iMAC using Monterey 12.5.  I have tried to purge clipboard but the only item that is highlighed to purge is Video, so I did that. A screen shot of the message is attached.   Suggestions welcome of course.  Thank you.
