My adobe bridge CS5 would not open. I asked adobe for help and they told me to delete photoshop and reinstall with their link. I Did as was told and then the Install would not work. it displayed the message

“Install” can’t be opened. You should eject the disk image.

Now I do not have a photoshop at all, and I need it.

this is the link send to me three times.

Adobe then told me that I need to pay for the new one. I feel very tricked into deleting my purchased version of photoshop.

How do i fix my photoshop and get my photoshop and bridge back?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that, could you please let us know the operating system you're working on?

Could you please try the steps mentioned here and let us know if it helps?

I followed the steps but every time i click the install it sats

“Install” can’t be opened. You should eject the disk image.

Install” is on the disk image “Photoshop_12_LS1.dmg”. Chrome downloaded this disk image today at 12:46 PM from trials.adobe.com.

Sierra doesn't support legacy Creative Suite installers.  Try the Terminal workaround described below.

Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)

Keep in mind that CS5 is NOT certified to run on Sierra or higher.  You use unsupported legacy software at your own risk.  Or run an older OS on a virtual machine or 2nd computer that's compatible with your legacy software.

Or, get the latest Photoshop CC and end all worries about OS compatibility once & for all.  A Photography Plan costs only USD $10/month for 12 months.  Paid subscription includes free updates & upgrades for as long as you remain a member.
