Hi

Can you check Windows event viewer for errors relating to Photoshop.exe

Click on the application log on the left and then filter current log on the right

Then put a check mark in error and click OK

Look for errors relating to Photoshop.exe and post what you find, also can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste the entire thing in this thread

Hi Alfonsn,

That shouldn't be happening, could you please try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall Photoshop then reinstall it again from the Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if it helps?

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Sahil

Hi, could you provide more information about your computer (Windows or Mac OS) and the version of Adobe Photoshop in use?
