Escape key in an alert box opens a web help page instead of dismissing the box with no action.

Photoshop 24.0.0 MacOS 12.6 M1 Max

For example "Warning: No pixels are selected."
Esc key used to dismiss the box, now it opens a web page for help which disrupts the workflow.
Only the enter button can dismiss the box now. This is also a workflow disruption. How can I revert it to previous behavior?

There have been a couple of other similar reports so it could be a possible bug.

It appears to be intentional as there is a "learn more" button below the
"OK" button and indeed does take you to a page where you can learn more
about selections.

I would reset the photoshop preferences by going to Photoshop>Preferences>General, clicking on

Reset Preferences On Quit and restarting photoshop.
