Hi everyone, i'm the only one that the generative tool (AI) doesn't work?

The tool charges to 100% but in this point stops working and looks like freezes because the tool does not generate the image, it's like it's charging forever. I already updated de app and re install it but it doesn't work.

Hey, @Jorge375746125r6t. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community and found two profiles in your account, one of which has an active subscription.

 

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted. If it is an individual machine, try to reset the firewall to the default settings & check if that helps. 


You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
