I just bought the photoshop pack and tried to download and use it. When i downloaded and tried to open, i get this error "Could not be complete your request because the file could not be found". I searched the internet for solutions but it seems like people get this error while opening a project. I can't open the photoshop app at all.

Hi, can you let us know the specifications of your machine? so far, you only told us you use a PC. please give the processor it uses, the amount of ram, the version of windows, the GPU it uses, its driver version, basically, all the items listed in the system specifications.

Did you receive an error message while installing?

Did you try to recreate the preferences?
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually  or to uninstall/reinstall?

Hi Esyla,

It's not clear what you mean by "pack". Adobe sells several subscription plans. What (exactly) did you purchase and did you purchase from Adobe?

Here are the instructions for installing Photoshop. First you need to install the Creative Cloud app, then install PS from the app:

Does your computer meet or exceed the recommended requirements?

Without any system info we can't tell you much. You need to be more specific.
