I cannot save my psd file to jpeg, png or any other format via "save a copy"

when I click "save a copy" and try to save my work as jpeg or any other format suggested by photoship, the save button is not activated and if I click cancel button, it doesn't work either. I have to click "esc" button to get out from this error. What should I do?
