I'm going insane. Photoshop can't be installed

hello everyone, I'm literally going insane with this one. I have to meet a deadline tomorrow morning and I haven't been able to work since yesterday. First I got an annoying "Could not open "file name" because of a disk error".  I tried everything in other forums and nothing worked. I uninstalled the app and tried installing it again, but now I get a "Installation failed". I've been trying for the last 3 hours to reinstall photoshop and nothing is working, the day is dying and the amount of work I have ahead of me is enourmous and add the Photoshop issue. I appreciate any type of help I can get. Funny that tomorrow I have to pay for my Creative Cloud sub.
