Probably easier to use a mirror or two. Note, there's a wee gotcha when photographing objects plus their reflection. The distance between camera and subject, can be a lot less than the distance via the mirror, and getting both in sharp focus can be a problem. Easier to do it in two shots and composite.
Others have given good answers. I'll add to then, will have some overlap.
First, a key part of making this composition successful is the setup of the camera for the photographs that will be merged.
The 2 approaches as already mentioned: Approach 1
Take the main shot of the couple while she is pregnant and with the reflections in the 2 mirrors.
After the baby is born, use the main shot to guide photographs of the couple from the point of view of the mirrors. In other words, the reflection pictures are taken from the position of the mirror looking at the couple.
The images can be merged with the reflections as layers that use Transform > Distort to place them in the frames. You can mask or delete the parts of the layer not required (that extend out of the frames).
You may need to adjust brightness and contrast of layers depending on lighting and effect you want.
Approach 2
Take the main shot of the couple while she is pregnant and with the reflections in the 2 mirrors.
Take the second shot of the couple with the baby from the same location as the first, trying to match the pose, standing position and lighting as closely as possible.
Combine the 2 images and use masks to merge the 2.
You may take quite a few pictures and then merge the best of each. The final image may be made of 3 photographs, 1 for each couple image.
Approach 3 Another approach could be taking the picture of the room without the couple. Then taking couple pictures at different times from different angles and masking them all back in.
This would be the most complex and tricky to get looking exactly right.
My guess is that the example used approach 1. The photos may not even have been taken from the positions of the mirrors. There are slight 'errors'. For example, the lady's hair does not match the various reflections (in terms of the side her hair mainly covers). The concept still works.
Anyway, hope that's helpful.
If there are specific parts of merging images seamlessly you'd like to know about, feel free to ask.
If you mean how to create reflections when you have only shot of couple as we see them (without mirrors in scene and reflections) then your task is mission impossible. You must have two additional shots with a baby in hands in order to add mirrors in your composition with the reflection of the couple.
Another option is to capture a couple twice in the same room (same scene) with the difference that in the second shot couple has a baby. Position one image on top of another then mask couple with a baby on the top image so you can see a couple without a baby in the image below.
Edit: I must add additional $0.02. You can capture couple with a baby and immediately after that without a baby with stomach if you have arrived too late. It is not difficult to simulate pregnancy because only imagination tells us that woman was pregnant in a moment when image is captured.
hello , in the above picture you should have the other sides photos 1st , then using masking tool and transformation option " distort " you can fix and fit the other photos on the mirrors .
