Hello, I believe we have a difficult issue with an unclear source.
As I mentioned in the title, I am facing several errors that revolve around a main problem, and this has been ongoing for quite some time…
My issue initially started with the LoadDeepFontCache error in one of the 2025 Photoshop versions released around early January. Unfortunately, I don’t recall the exact version number. Let me briefly explain what happens: when you select the Text Tool and type something, the moment you try to change the font, this error message greets you—almost like saying hello.
I noticed that a few workaround solutions were suggested in other threads, and then the discussions were locked after being marked as resolved. However...
This is merely a temporary fix, and it doesn’t always work.
When you close and reopen the program, the same problem reappears (at least for me and I guess for others too). The only thing you can do, as suggested in other threads, is to follow the steps below:
For Windows users I will explain - go to your user folder, go to Roaming, find the Adobe directory, open the version folder, delete the cache file and empty the Recycle Bin 🙂
Great, problem solved, right? Of course not.
As soon as you restart the program, the error greets you again with a “Hello, I'm back!” moment.
Despite reading countless articles and trying countless solutions, I finally switched to Photoshop 2024 and kept working that way for a while, until I encountered the same problem in 2024.
At this point, the problem had evolved. I had no hardware deficiencies and my system was more than adequate, so it was clearly a software problem.
Since the only apparent solution was to delete this file over and over again, and Adobe still hadn't fixed the problem, I decided to take matters into my own hands, and I did!
Of course, my workaround still failed occasionally after several attempts. Likewise, the UI wouldn't load properly, the new document window would appear blank, fonts wouldn't open, quick document presets wouldn't appear...
Anyway, now let’s get to the solution I came up with…
I saved the following code as a .bat file. In short, this script was designed to delete the specified cache file when executed. Then, I linked it to Task Scheduler so that every time I attempted to open Photoshop, this script would run first, delete the cache file, and only then launch Photoshop.
At first, this worked after a few tries, but eventually, it became unstable. (Now that I’m writing this, I just realized I forgot to empty the Recycle Bin—maybe that’s why! I haven’t tested it yet, but anyway...)

REM Photoshop'u başlat

I have fixed this problem several times with this method. but I can't seem to fix things like interface elements going away or performance loss. There are many people who have this problem, maybe it has been solved somehow, but I have tried them many times, but none of them have solved my problem radically. And for the last two days I've also been experiencing program crashes...

Hey, @Mehmet Can Özgümüş. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. For now, we won't merge your post to the parent thread, where we're tracking similar reports and a recognizable pattern to recreate this issue.
Please head here & check what has been suggested by @TheWendyBarnett: https://adobe.ly/4hGD30r
Let me know how if this helps. Thanks!

Hi! One more thing to check after logging back in, is to check the Fonts app in Creative Cloud. You may have to click "Activate."

Unfortunately it didn't work, I've been using the beta version since last week, no bugs
