Montserrat Black is only showing up on certain characters in Photoshop?

Montserrat Black is installed locally on my computer. I've tried uninstalling, then re-installing the font family. I've looked at resetting the font, as well as only installing it via Adobe Fonts vs Font Book and vice versa. Only certain letters show up as Monsterrat Black (eg. L shows up fine) - the rest default to Monserrat Thin.
