I was recently bombarded with lots of alerts from Adobe saying they no longer support my version of Photoshop (I totally forgot it was going to happen tbh) but I was hoping to carry on using it, knowing it's not supported, until I can afford a new Mac (I can't update to a new version of PS because my current iMac will only go up to High Sierra). Since I got the alerts my font menu is missing 75% of it's fonts, when I go to manage my fonts I'm told they're installed even though they're not showing up in the menu. I've tried uninstalling them & reinstalling using Adobe's font manager but they still won't show up. I'd be so grateful if anyone could suggest a work-around or is this simply because my version's no longer supported? Very fed up, I'm paying for the full suite even though I only use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat for my work. I think after buying & subscribing to Adobe products for over 25 years I'm going to have find an alternative. I have an old (2011) well looked after iMac for my illustration work which runs very smoothly, why can't people who using older machines, who are saving them from landfill not be supported by companies like Apple & Adobe?

This came up just the other day: Re: How long can I use older versions of photoshop... - Adobe Community - 14756232
While I don't get the alert, I think it is unduly alarming, and looks like those click-bait ads one sees all over the Internet.
I'm on Windows, not Mac, so I don't think I can help you with the fonts, but you should still be able to use them. While your version will no longer receive bug fixes, it's still active.

For what it's worth i have a 2008 Mac Pro with Photoshop 2020 (ps ver 21.2.12) running on macOS Monterey 12.7.5
that seems to load and use Adobe Fonts.
Is it only Photoshop not showing the fonts or all the Adobe applications?

how are you able to be on Monterrey with a 2008 model?
I thought it was only allowed for 2014 up?
I have a late 2013 and was told that the highest I can go is Catalina...
I am also running into the same issue as mentioned above...
Adobe tells me that the photoshop 21 is unsupported now. so I am so confused .....

faleshias,
I used OCLP (Open Core Legacy Patcher) with a Nvidia NVS 510 Metal capable graphics card to get Monterey on my 2008 MacPro, which soon may be upgraded to Ventura or Sonoma because of Apple dropping support for Monterey.
Macs from 2012 onwards already have Metal graphics cards.
(except for the 2012 Mac Pro, to which one can easily add one)
On 2012 and newer Macs you should be able to run the newest Photoshop 2024.
You really should have an ssd and at least 8 gb of ram if your going to use Open Core Legacy Patcher.
The 2008 Mac Pro's processors doesn't meet the specs to run Photoshop 2024, so one has to run an older Photoshop version like Photoshop 2020 (ps ver 21.2.12), however surprisingly Camera Raw 16.5.1, Lightroom Classic 13.5.1 and Photoshop Elements 2024 all do work, albeit some functions don't work so well like Enhance, again due to the limitations of the processor and old GPU.
