Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here. Are you using any stylus input or just the regular mouse and keyboard?
In this case, you can begin by resetting the Remove tool itself. Right-click on the Remove Tool icon in the Toolbar menu and select Reset Tool.
You can disable 'Remove after each stroke' to enable the (✔️) checkmark, or Enter to commit the Remove action.

Hola @K, no he resuelto el problema. He seguido las indicaciones y continuan sin aparecer los símbolos de confirmación y deshacer de la herramienta "quitar". He desinstalado Photoshop, incluso mis preferencias. Al instalarlo de nuevo, el problema continúa.. Uso Mac con teclado y ratón. Envío el informe del sistema. Gracias
