Pen pressure working on Huion tablet, but not in Photoshop 22.1.1 on Windows 10

I have a huion kanvas tablet and photoshop 22.1.1 on windows 10. All drivers are up to date, and my pen works fine on the tablet settings. However, it doesn't reflect in photoshop at all. I have tried the oft-repeated JJMack's PSUserConfig.txt file and that doesn't do anything either. Windows Ink is enabled, and as I said, it works everywhere else. When I turn on the pen pressure settings in PS it gives me the little exclamated triangle. 

I can't find a fix in photoshop. It's driving me nuts.
