Okay, I realize this is an absurd long shot, but Adobe Customer Service Rep Saragadam told me specifically to post on this forum and I would be provided with the Photoshop CC 2020 link.
Here's my sob story (that I told Saragadam): I was recently and unexpectedly diagnosed with a congenital heart condition, and so I'll have to work from home in the near future. However, I don't have a new computer—I have a Late-2009 iMac running MacOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). I do have a Creative Cloud subscription, and if this were just a couple months ago, I would've been able to download the CC 2020 version of PS from ProDesignTools...but that is just no longer the case. My "new computer" funds (not that there were any) are going to medical tests...I just want a version of PS that will work on my archaic machine. Again, Adobe Customer Service rep Saragadam specifially told me to post to this forum (the link was provided), and said "The above link is to visit Photoshop Ecosystem in Adobe Community where you can state your query and the expert team will reply to you with the link to Photoshop CC 2020."
I truly hope this is really the case: thank you for your help (hopefully there is, in fact, an "expert team" reading this).
