Photoshop crashed every time I woke up the computer from sleep mode

After the last update, my Photoshop crashed every time I woke up the computer from sleep mode - when I returned to the open project, the program turned off and a window appeared asking whether to send a report and I had to run Photoshop again.

The problem applies to the latest update as well as the beta version. I use windows 10.

Since writing the post, I cannot get the error - I think freeing up space on the hard drive might have helped

Update!
it crashed - when I used generative fill

How much space did you manage to clear? I see from your screenshot above that you were really extremely low on disk space.

When the computer goes to sleep, it dumps the entire memory content onto your system disk - and you only had 21 GB there! No wonder it crashed.

All these new AI-based functions eat disk space for breakfast, and especially generative fill. So I still think you have a disk space problem. To use Photoshop efficiently, you should aim for at least 200 GB free, preferably 500 or more.

Try and get something like at least 100GB of spare disk capacity to allow for processing.

I have 32 GB of RAM

I will try to increase the amount of space on the C drive, but it seems that before the updates, this error did not appear after waking the computer from sleep mode - even when the disk was completely full, I will let you know if the problem will be solved after resetting the preferences and increasing the disk space

I will leave Photoshop open with an empty document at the end of the day and in the morning I will tell you if the error has repeated itself, I will do some tests and let you know

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?
Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences which can be found under the General tab in Photoshop preferences (then closing and reopening the application)?
