Photoshop Puzzle Effect with photoshop cc at desk top.

would like to start working with Puzzle Effect . going under filter I could not find Texture.

After searching too much it was at Filter gallery ---Texture then going to texturizer .   and following this instruction

but could not finding texture at  adobe----preferences---texture.

Now need your help .

How can I work with Puzzle effect.

I am working with desk top and window 10 64 bit.
