plugins like Nik color efex pro open in photoshop but are unreadable print is very small. The same plugin used in Lightroom is fine?

I have a Dell laptop with 4 K resolution and when I am in Lightroom working on a photo and decide to use a plugin to edit in like one of the Nik software plugins the plugin works just fine like it should. When I am in Photoshop and try to use the same plugin the plugin opens and the menues etc and all print is almost unreadable it is so small. How do I fix this ongoing issue?
