Hello, not sure how else to explain this. I've included a screenshot. When I go to "Save As" I can not see any of the files in the folder(s). Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using Photoshop 2023 24.7.0 on a Mac M2Pro OS Ventura 13.4
This same issue was driving me crazy. I found the solution though. In the File Handling section of Photoshop settings uncheck "Enable legacy "Save As"" (see screenshot). I know that this seems counter-intuitive but it did work for me.
That is strange. Remember the Save As dialog is part of MacOS not Photoshop. Check to see if it acts the same way on Preview. Also look at the up arrow to the right of the folder. Does clicking on it bring back the file window? It changes the dialog between compact (no file window) and full (file window):
Thank you for the response. This is the only window that looks like this, even in Photoshop. The open window, export, etc all show the files. It's only the "Save As" window.
Thank you for the response. I have tried that and there is no change. If I do the legacy "save for web" and save through there, I do see my windows. Its only when I do "Save As" that the window appears as it does.
Hi @jasong88976287 Go to Apple System Settings/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access and confirm PS is listed and active. If not, add it and relaunch PS.
