Which version of Photoshop & illustrator will be better suited for My Laptop?

 

Laptop Model: HP Pavilion 15-cc153tx .

Device Specifications: Windows 10, 64bit, Version1803, Core i5, 8 GEN, 4 GB RAM, Hard Drive1TB.

    Hi

    Creative Cloud only offers CC 2019, 2018 and 2017, they should run OK on that system as long as you're not doing any heavy duty work, I'd recommend upgrading your RAM to 8GB but 16GB would be better, looks like it's got a NVIDIA GeForce MX130 2 GB DDR3 dedicated so you're OK with that

      How can I use a faster version of Photoshop & Illustrator in this configuration without upgrading the RAM. Currently I have cc2017 version of Photoshop & Illustrator. But they work slowly. Which version would be better for Graphic Design?

      All versions of Photoshop are RAM hungry, be it CC 2017, 2018 or 2019, 4GB of RAM is not nearly enough for doing serious work in Photoshop, you have to remember the OS and other applications will be using RAM as well

      This is my system with only Photoshop, Blender 3D, and Firefox opened and as you can see I'm currently using 6.7GB of RAM
