フォトショップエレメンツ10から20への移行

新しいパソコン(Win10)を買い、エレメンツ10を引っ越そうとしたらディスクを読み込むことができなかったので20に有償アップグレードしたいのですが、この際必要になるものはシリアル番号だけでよいのでしょうか？

また、元々のパソコンでのライセンス認証解除は必要になるのでしょうか？

It looks like the full price in Yen is 17,800 or 11,800 for the upgrade. As Greg says you can continue using Elements 10 on the original computer; no need to deactivate. If you purchase at the upgrade price, to activate Elements 2020 on the new computer you will also need the Elements 10 serial number. If you registered the product with Adobe it may be stored in your Adobe Account. Click on Plans and choose to view order history or product purchases.

補足程度ですが。

日本でも他の地域と同様に、アップグレード版の購入時、アップグレード元のバージョン制約はありません。

ただしアップグレード版はアドビサイトの直接販売のみになります。

（以前のバージョンではパッケージがありましたが、2020では用意されていないようです）

アップグレードに関してのFAQは下記に若干ですが記載されており、購入はページ右上のボタンから行得います。

旧バージョンの認証解除は、元のPC自体の故障などであればできないことになりますし、アップグレード先でのインストールは必須ではないので、不要と考えていいでしょう。

Why were you unable to load the disc for Elements 10?  It should work on a Win 10 computer.  Elements 10 and Elements 2020 are independent programs.  Both can exist on a computer at the same time.  In the USA, as an owner of a prior version, we can purchase 2020 at a discount.  It may be different in other parts of the world.  You should not need to deactivate your original computer.

何故かは分かりませんが何度やってもディスクを読み込むことができませんでした。

アメリカではそうなのですね。私も割引価格で購入したかったのでこちらで質問させていただきました。
