Huion pen creating vertical lines in photoshop

I noticed this question has been asked before but not answered, which is a bit of a pain as I'm now having this problem.

Out of nowhere this afternoon photoshop has decided it doesn't like me using mu Huion GT-220 and won't let me draw with the pen.  When using the mouse it's fine, when selecting buttons with the pen it's fine, but try drawing with the pen and it just creates weird vertical lines. Please seen the video below.

It's as if the cursor is stuck to the bottom of the page and when i click on the page it tries to force two points at once and creates a line. Please see below:

I've not had any updates. No new software installed. The only thing that changed this afternoon is that I attached a second monitor to my computer.

Thanks you and please excuse my exasperation in the videos, I'm losing far to many hours over this.

    i'm having the same issue.  other drawing programs work fine - it's only PS that is causing me the issue

    Hi Sahil

    I'm using Adobe photoshop version 13.0.1

    I attached a second monitor to my computer and it's happened since then!

    Tablet is up to date I've just downloaded the driver again and reinstalled it following the instructions.

    This was in the Photshop system info. Not sure if it helps at all:

    We're sorry to hear about you're facing performance issues with Photoshop, let us help make this right.

    As the Huion pen is creating vertical lines in Photoshop, could you please let us know what exact version of Photoshop you're working on?

    Since when are you facing this issue? did you make any recent changes to the computer or updated Photoshop?

    Could you please make sure that the Huion tablet is up to date?
