Enhance dialog effect Inconsistent nomenclature and display of dry/wet mix

Slider in the Essential Sound > Enhance Speech > Mix amount goes from 1.0 to 10.0

When viewed in Effects Control Panel > Audio > Enhance Speech > Mix Amount slider it is reported as 0.0% to 1.0%

First:
I assume this is a bug and should be shown as 0.0% to 100%

Second:
Why the artificial scale of 0 to 10.0 in Essential Sound > Enhance  Speech?

Everyone understands percentage scale from 0 to 100%, and the convention of Dry/Wet mix for many audio effects is well understand industry convention.

Edit: Jason Levine just called this out on his latest Adobe Livestream, so I guess I'm not too far off the mark saying this doesn't make sense!
