Bonjour,

Merci

Hi @Nicolas21857716opkc -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How to Report a Problem.

Can you let us know your system specs?

To isolate if it is a GPU issue can you navigate to Device Manager > Displays and then disable your integrated (iGPU) or dedicated GPU (dGPU) one at a time.

Sorry for the frustration.

Many people are having problems with NVIDIA 50 series cards on all video apps.

Some have had success rolling back or updating with a clean installation of a Studio driver.

Others have had to use earlier versions of the video app.

Hi @Nicolas21857716opkc -  Can you let us know your specific driver version you are using?  You can find this information in device manager > displays

Adobe recommends using the "Studio" driver version when working in Premiere Pro.

Can you try the below steps:

To isolate if it is a GPU issue can you navigate to Device Manager > Displays and then disable your integrated (iGPU) or dedicated GPU (dGPU) one at a time.
