Close Gap not working on 24.4.1

1. Close Gap not working (nor shortcut or sequence menu)

2. Ripple delete DOES work.

3. This was fine previous 24.4.1

4. It works without track locks on other layers.

5. The issue seems to be that in this version, lock layers are not ignored when using CLOSE GAP which is not the correct behaviour.

Sorry, would it be possible to provide a screen recording of the issue? That would be of great help in better understanding what you are experiencing.
