Generic Import Error Report and mc_enc_hev.dll unable to install.

Like the screenshots show and the title says. I opened up PPro after a windows update and now i get a load of errors. I even get a "membership" kind of error which is a bit out of left field. I tried renaming the Public Documents folder to 'Documents' that seemed to work only for eliminate the first screenshot but Im still getting a generic error which doesnt help at all. I have a client waiting on footage and need to fix this ASAP. Any work arounds?
