Jumpy playback

so i am having some problems with premier pro, first of all my RAM was too small on my laptop, then i started using proxys, all was well until just recently when it went back to its orginial laggy and choppy behaviour. The video would give you a better idea, but please advise on what i can do to fix this. Thank you all

To troubleshoot, I would examine your workflow. Understanding the system requirements is critical. I would also check the media. If it comes from a consumer device (mobile phone, drone, etc.), consider transcoding the footage to ProRes LT before you begin your session.

I temporary solved this problem with this. Turn off high quality playback and you won't have a good quality preview but it will solve this unconfortable problem.
