Premiere Pro Crashes When adjusting R3D or RAW Settings

If I try to adjust any setting with my R3D file the program crashes. White balance, exposure, tint, ISO, etc.

My computer can easily handle the processing of these files and doesn't use more than 30% processing power unless I'm rendering or exporting something. I'm not seeing any driver failure, packet loss/corruption, or any other form of system failure when I troubleshoot on my end.  Seems like the program just doesn't like me adjusting certain settings at certain points in time.

One thing I find interesting is when I let Premiere do it's "system analysis" it will tell me Premiere is not up to date & that my drivers are out of date. Both of which are untrue.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and found a solution? I've done all of the recommended troubleshooting and more that's usually prescribed for these situations.

That data can give the information useful for troubleshooting this. I do handle some r3d files occasionally, with a 3960x 24 core Ryzen, 128GB of RAM, and a 2080Ti. Without issues.

So ... trying to figure out how to replicate this is the first step. Or what might be an issue.

I have the same exact issue. I re-installed Premiere and it stopped, for 1 project. Then the next day on the next project it crashes every single time. This only happened since I installed the latest version of Premiere so at this point I'm trying to figure out how to go back to the previous version.

Nothing I tried worked, but I found on mine it only crashes if I use either the "auto white balance" OR if I slide the slider/change the tint and balance numbers by dragging them.  If I select the number and hand type 4900 instead of trying to drag it there, it doesn't crash.  Not ideal because I like to use the auto feature to get me started and I like to fine tune it by dragging it, but at least I can keep working.
