I waited some time while PP unfreezed statred to show something

While I edited there were lots of lags during cuts

seems like apple becoming windows... anyway, waiting for some patches fixes from PP and aoole updates

Hi @Kirill5D22 -   Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How to Report a Problem.

Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed?

Can you share a screen recording of your issue?

Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"

Sorry for

Hi @Kirill5D22 - I mention third-party plugins and panels because, on a new operating system, they may not yet be updated for full compatibility.

Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"

Hi @Kirill5D22 - Can you confirm what third party plugin and panels you have installed?  Are these HEVC files?  Can you share a screenshot your media file properties.

I have the exact same issue. I've tried everything suggested in this thread and the other relating to the issue.

I get very laggy or zero playback.

Seems like pp doesn't want to work properly with hevc files and starts lagging

Ditto.  Exact same problem here.  Macbook Pro M2 Max | 64G on Tahoe 26.0.1.

I can hardly edit at all due to lag and performance issues.

Thanks!

Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed?
I do, but problem persists after "disable third-party plugins" attached.

Can you share a screen recording of your issue?

I will work on that!

Can you try and hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"
done!
