Adobe Premiere crashing

I already posted about this but i still cant seem to solve it. When editing, adobe will stop, and crash. It happens after almost any change to the video (trip, then press play, and premiere crashes).

I tried adobe cleaner, but it didnt fix the issue. I have seen other people having the same problem, but it looks like only a few people have this problem.

my pc is Windows 10
