Hello there,

I just updated my Premiere Pro CC to 2017 and when restarted the system, it doesn't recognize any of my BlackMagic capture cards in Premiere Pro!!

I have the latest version of Blackmagic Desktop Video 10.8.3 installed.

Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

Thank you for your help.David

First, have you asked BM if they are working on a new driver?

Second, Previous versions see Ann and my replies in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2200922

Have posted the question on their support forum a few hours ago, haven't got any response yet.

But my question here is, has PP 2017 changed that much that needs new hardware driver?

Has this been resolved.  My setup is a 32" TV and a Intensity Pro card (sending the signal via component video), did work like a dream in PP before.

I am willing to give Premiere another go if Blackmagic and Adobe have sorted this mess out.  Did they resolve the issue?
