Anybody facing the same issue as mine? Premiere wont showing the import/export page but still responsive. And also when i typing on Effects panel to search my plugin, the text wont show up. So i turned off (untick) the GPU Accelerated UI and it works, but the timeline are so glitch-y (of course it's because that accelerated turned off). So i turned back on again, and i get back on my main problem again.
Before this problem occurs, i'm using Premiere 25.0 just like usual. Is it because of my GPU that cause the problem?
I did some things before posting this:
1. Reinstall driver, switching between Gaming and Studio (Nvidia)
2. Reinstall Premiere Pro 25.0
3. Clean cache and preferences
4. Restarting the GPU (Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B)
Thanks in advance!
Specs
AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
Nvidia RTX 3060 6GB Mobile
RAM 32 GB
Windows 11 23H2
Hi @Muhammad333996295ezl - Do you have custom scaling set on Windows? Here is another thread on disappearing windows.
Premiere Pro recommendation is to always use the Studio driver with Nvidia GPUs.
Can you try the beta and let us know if that helps your issue?

I'm trying to answer your question
1. No, i'm not using custom scaling
2. I tried some ways on thread you've sent. Tried hshsw_3739's way. It worked but will bottleneck my laptop since i "uninstall" the GPU drivers. I reverted it, still the same problem occurs
3. Before my problem occured, i'm using Game Driver and worked flawlessly. Am i messing with some settings in Premiere? Or maybe the software have issues? Or might be the GPU itself, but i tried to reinstall and changed to Studio driver, still no fix
Any other solution you might offer? Thank you!

P. S. : I'm using Premiere Pro 2024 (24.6) simultaneously with 2025. So maybe 2025 have issues?
Any other solution you might offer? Thank you!

Hi @Muhammad333996295ezl - I think the beta may help your issue, but keep us updated. What plugins do you have?

I'll keep you posted for the beta.
Currently i'm using Mister Horse Plugin and Finzar Plugin on the Effects tab (not a software)

Hi @Muhammad333996295ezl - We are glad the beta fixed your issue. Sounds like a memory leak that you are running into. If you don't want to use the beta then I suggest waiting for the next release.
Your User settings are located at C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\<version>\Profile-<user name>
You can copy the Profile-<user name> folder from the 25.0 folder to the Premiere Pro (Beta) > 25.0 folder.

Hello @jamieclarke , recently just updated Premiere Pro into 25.1 today, my issues above are still present. I think this update not resolving the issue. Maybe other fix may solve it? Would like to know more. Thanks!

Hi @Muhammad333996295ezl - The beta you used was version 25.2 so there was probably an update that didn't make it in time for 25.1.

Hi @Muhammad333996295ezl - It sounds like the fix you are seeing is in the beta currently 25.2. You will need to wait until that is released or continue to use the beta. Another option is to go to Preferences > General > "GPU accelerated UI rendering" make sure it is checked off

i already tried your suggestion, it worked. But it will affect the Premiere Pro UI itself, such as the timeline will become flicker-ish when i playback the video. The point is, every movement i made on Premiere Pro will have that flicker-ish effect
