Alright so, here's how it went.
-Finish editing video
-Export
-Bluescreen
-PC Reboots, reopen Premiere
-Bluescreen
-PC reboots, reopen premiere
-redo the work, export again
-Bluescreen
-PC reboots, reopen premiere, somehow, thankfully, autosaved itself and I don't have to redo the work
-Bluescreen
-PC reboots, reopen premiere
-Write this
I highly doubt it's my specs - i7 8700k @ 5.0 ghz, GTX 1080, 32gb ram @ 3000mhz. I'm running version 12.1.2, build 69.

If your pc is overclocked set it back to default settings and try again.
and/or update to version 13.
