You will need to use a screen capturing software to get the footage from the web browser. My colleague has recently been experimenting with OBS, which I think will allow you to achieve the same effect (and it is free).

OBS will record audio from any number of sources connected to the computer, including the computer's system sounds itself.
You would configure this in the scene in OBS prior to recording.
On another note, like Ann said try to record in constant frame rate (CFR) if OBS has that option (can't remember if it does or not). Also another consideration is OBS' default recording format is not directly workable in Premiere or Media Encoder. I think it's FLV. You can change this format, but some of the formats like MOV are not as great for capture and an interruption in the recording can corrupt the whole file.
Just some workflow considerations to make to see if you just need a short recording, or need to record a long session. Might be worth changing to MOV if it is a shorter record, but if you're recording for a long time you wouldn't want to lose footage.
