Cannot uninstall 2019 apps

I can't uninstall all the adobe 2019 apps. I have tried everything.

-I used Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, but it won't show the 2019 apps. 

-I tried by pressing uninstall in the Creative Cloud app, but the 2019 apps are not there.

-I couldn't find the link to download the 2019 version.

Please I need help.

Welcome to the community. Sorry for the issue. Could you confirm that you do not see the apps in the All Apps section of the Creative Cloud Desktop App? Are you on Windows or a Mac system? Are you able to access and run the 2019 apps on your system? Let us know. We're here to help.

Hi, I checked everywhere in the all apps section and older versions, still no luck.

I have windows and I am still able to use every single 2019 apps, which are only consuming memory because I also have the newest versions.
