Clips that I import into Premiere Pro are cut off of the first 10 seconds

I would like to know how I can solve this problem, when I import clips in MP4 format , they are automatically cut off of the first 10 seconds in Premiere Pro .

What should I do to solve it?

It might be Variable Frame Rate video. Where did the video come from? Vid Camera, phone, screen grab, etc.

Honestly I couldn't tell you that because they are not videos that I shot, they were shot by third people that were then given to me for editing by a friend. Now I found out that by converting them with handbrake I can import them without them being cut, but I haven't figured out the problem yet because in the conversation I didn't change either the format or the codecs or any information, I just put a check mark on Constant frame rate, which ch is strange because from the information on the original file it appears that it is already with constant frame rate
