Consolidate media in current project to single folder

Is there a way to ingest media that's already been imported into a project in order to collect all media into one location. Project Manager will collect all media into one location, but it creates a new project and the location is a different one from the current location, which is fine for moving the project which I don't want to do. I work in a shared storage enterprise situation where multiple shared storage locations are available but we want the project to just use one location. Also creating a new project isn't useful because our Project Asset Management system cannot track multiple versions of a single project. Some editors forget to ingest media when they import through Media Browser. My question relates to taking a project and consolidating all media in the project window into the main storage as should have been done with the initial import. In all my research, I haven't found a solution. Perhaps this should be submitted as a feature request.

Hi,

you should definitely submit a feature request here: Feature Request/Bug Report Form

By filling this form, you will make sure that someone in the Premiere Pro team sees it.

Hope this helps,
