CS4: Error file format not supported

I've tried to import files .MOV in Premiere Pro, but I get the message: file format not supported.

When I tried withe teh Meida browser, the message was to large height width.

What am I to do?

If you are on Windows, be sure to install Quicktime Player. If not, possibly you can not import QT files with that codec. Could you tell us with codec are inside your QT files? This way we can help you a little more.

On Windows one should uninstall the QT player only and keep the codecs.
