Default transition duration

ver 2024.0.0 (build 58)  There doesn't seem to any longer be a way to set default transition duartion.

Then i would start with resetting the Preferences and if that wont do the trick, either unistall/re-install Pr 24.0 or simply install Pr 24.6.4 to be on the latest 24-version.
