Does anyone know how to change the way my project looks in the timeline

I am having trouble with my timeline/projects. It was switched to how it's shown in picture 1 for all my projects. It changed the way the files and effects look. I'm looking for a way to change it back to its default look shown in picture 2 but I don't know how. Can someone please help me, thank you!
