Tip: if an older version (like cc2017) worked on your mac, you can still install it from the Creative Cloud app, instead of Premiere Cc2018. To do that, in your Creative Cloud app, click on the arrow next to the Premiere Pro Install button, and choose "Other Version", and then, select Premiere Pro CC2017.

Hope this helps,

Seb

Hi Jun,

What version of Premiere Pro? What MacBook? with more info we can help you. Make screenshot to "About this Mac" and tell us what version of Premiere Pro have you got.

*And my suggest for the next time you want to uninstall an Adobe application, use the uninstall option that is in the folder of every Adobe application in the Applications folder in your Mac OS. This is the best choice.

Jun,

you need 8GB RAM as a minimum requirement to install Premiere Pro. You have to install 4GB more in your MacBook, but Adobe recomments 16GB.

Here you have q link with the system requeriments for Pemiere Pro:

If you did manage to use the program just with 4 gig that is surprising.

But you need to use cleaner tool to get it installed again.

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
