Error Motion Graphics

Muy buen día a toda la comunidad y al soporte tecnico de adobe. El problema es muy sencillo pero muy complicado de solucionar ya que he intentado varias maneras de corregirlo y no lo he logrado todavía, me sale una leyenda en Premiere Pro "Error en la importación de la plantilla de gráficos animados"; el primer paso que hice fue eliminar y modificar el cache como me lo mandaba una sección del soporte, lamentablemente no funciono, desinstale e instale el programa pero ni aún así pude solucionarlo, sigo teniendo el problema al arrastrar los gráficos animados a mi línea del tiempo y no funciona, ¿cómo puedo solucionar este problema? Tengo la última versión de Premiere Pro de Enero del 2023.

Thanks for the message. I do not see other editors experiencing the bug. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
