Error parsing property list from file

premiere pro will not launch and just comes up with ‘’ error parsing property list from files,, I have tried resetting preferences and that doesn’t work either.. and I’ve tried uninstalling which doesn’t work. I would appreciate help so much! I need to get this done ASAP!
