essential graphics

hi, when trying to use essential graphics it keeps coming up with no matching search results when i click on free. is there any way to fix this probelm as i've looked for solutions but everything seems to be 1 to 2 years ago and haven't worked for me??

Have you tried resetting Premiere preferences and then try again?
