Essentials workspace & Vertical Video workspace Question (adobe. 22.5)

Hello, i have a question because i fail te see what's "new " in this? 

Unless i am mistaken this is just a workspace ? No New/hidden stuff ? so with other words, just a workspace like i can create in all Adobe versions?

Correct, it is a new workspace to use when you work on a vertical video project. See it as a service. Noting you couldn't do before by creating a your own workspace.
