Export mxf format bugs on the final video

Hi guys,

I'm trying to export a video in MXF OP1a format for TV. But it's happening this bugs on the final video exported.

Some frames:

I don't know if it is an error from field order. My original video is progressive. What can i do to fix it? I've tried exported in Media Encoder too.

Here my export settings:

Format: MXF OP1a

Preset: XD CAM HD 50 NTSC 60i

Video Codec: XDCAM 50 NTSC (4:2:2)

Frame rate: 29,97

Field Order: Upper First

Aspect: Square Pixels (1.0)

I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2017.
